Similarly for 2, it will be cyclohexane ring with methyl and deuterium groups on adjacent carbons.
For 3, it will be cyclohexane ring with methyl and D groups on same carbon atom.

Go by reaction mech like I've done and those D's which add by BD3 will be SYN not anti.
