Any temperature conditions mentioned?
At normal temperature there will be substitution according to SN1 mechanism..
At higher temperature there will be elimination according to E2 mechanism..
so i think now u can make out which is the major and minor product by seeing the temperature conditions

govind won't it be E2? Both E1 and E2 follow the same rate order..3 > 2 > 1 due to hyperconjugation stabilisation.
If by E2, SN2 will compete but fail largely. 60% E2, 40% of the other. So major is E2 product and minor is substitution product...would be helpful if we had temperature.
