three alkyl groups has to be attached with boron atom so borob will prefer the less stearically hindered site so OH group comes on less steric hindered carbon atom

It's a concerted process. check it out in wiki . steric hindrance doesn't matter much .
It follows anti markownikoff addition . that's all I know.
