141141sorry!! such a reaction ds take place! RX vl be reduced to alkane(X- is a gud leaving group) and LiAH3X vl b formed
383LiAlH4 is a hydride doner it donate hydride ion which attacks back side to the alkyl halid by Sn2 reaction mecanism and give alkane .it can reduce only primary and secondary alky halid and give alkenes with tertiary alkyl halid.
