I think ans is Carbyl amine test

since p-Chloroaniline and anilinium hydrochloride are 10 & 20

amines respectively

While p-Chloroaniline gives Carbyl amine test anilinium hydrochloride doesn't give

yeah uttara must be correct. Rest can only be deduced by seeing mechanism of carbyl amine (It's given that only primary amines and aniline gives this test).
