No, this word is used in NCERT. Dislocation defect - mujhe yaad hai.

Yaar no. of neutrons wala to dono answer sahee hai.
3 or 4 neutrons are released per fission. Average 3.5 .

Thore doosre rxn ke liye ye dekho -

Agar yeh baat hai toh hamare rxn mein aisa hi hoga !
