an acidic buffer is a solution of weah acid and salt of weak acid with strong base.
FIITJEE says in its solutions to full test 11 that,
100 ml of 0.1M NaH2PO4 + 10ml 0.1M NaOH is an 'acidic ' buffer,do you agree?

i guess its true......
Coz dont get confused by NaOh, as it is it never participatges in Buffer formation as MAthie mentioned its definition!!"
NaH2PO4 exists as a buffer itself in a solution, jus like "Borax" if u remember....
role of NaOH (mayb) wud b to bring abt dissociation of NaH2PO4

is the pH < 7???
hydrolysis should give phosphoric acid and sodium hydroxide, but since phosphoric acid is a weak acid pH should be >7,shouldn't it?
