let V volume of acetic acid was taken and assume that whole of the acid is converted to its salt and, then salt hydrolyses.
MV=M'V'
0.1V=0.025V'
implies V'=4V
so total volume becomes 5V
[CH3COONa]=0.1V/5V=0.02M
Now the salt hydrolyses
so pH=(1/2)[pKw+pKa+logc]
