In NH2-, there are two bond pairs and two lone pairs.
From bp+lp rule, bp+lp=4
so the hybridization is sp3.
As the hybridization is sp3, the shape should be tetrahedral. But due to presence of lone pairs it is distorted and it becomes angular.
Also the angle between the bond reduces. This is because the repulsion between the lone pairs is more than that of bond pairs.

we can also use hybr formula..
total no. of valence electrons in NH2- =5+2+1(-VE CHARGE)=8
8/2=4
1st quotient=4
remainder =0
so hybridisation=sp3
and since lonepairs are there, so shape becomes angular...
