The reaction H2O<--->H++OH- is endothermic...

Then what?

Then write..
Keq of the reaction and write that equation...

something like... [7] ln(K2/K1)=ΔH/R(1/T1-1/T2)

Yahi hai naa [7]

may be.. then find K00C then ... kuch kuch karo... :)

i m Stuck!!!
i think it is undefined...but not sure...

Nooo it should be defined... why undefined..

example...

at 1000C

if pH is 7 soln is basic...
:)

I think it should be >7 for neutral water..

As temperature is decreased Kw decreases

so pH of water increases

it should be greater than 7

pH ofwater is taken to be standard its pH value at 298K ...then how can you chage the standard ?? Water can never be acidic or basic... it is always neutral....again i m not sure!!!!@$!$

so... boiling water is an acid!!!???

Yes it is neutral
At 298K Kw=10-14
so [H+]=[OH-]
so pH=7

now as temperature is decreased Kw decreases, let it be 10-15 at any temperature
then [H+]=[OH-]=10-7.5

pH=7.5 and it is still neutral

its pH is 7.69 as temp. decreases so Kw decreases so i think most appropiate is 7.69 as it can be said about this change and 6.48 must be near 80-110°C
