If electrons r considered to behave like waves in The Schrodinger Wave equation then The electron waves must encompass the entire nucleus.The the wave will be present everywhere outside the nucleus , enveloping it completely..So its probability density function ( chance of finding it ) must be equal to 1 ... why is it not so den ?

It is probably because of the electrostatic attraction from the nucleus and also duo to the magnetic force created due to movement of electrons around the nuclues
