The substitution tan x = t6 reduces the integral to
\int \dfrac{6t^6\ \mathrm dt}{1+t^{12}}
which being rational can be expressed in terms of elementary functions (with a bit of patience).
One integration, that has really taken a lot of my mind space...
∫(tan x)1/6dx
