is broadband internet connection free at night?? if yes, from what time.... and for which scheme is it applicable??

Im using Broadband (Data One Home Combo - 500) Rs 500 plan ..

internet is free from 11 pm in the night to 8 am in the morn.

what about other plans ?

in Rs. 250 plan also
