When such 2 options are given, you have to go with the better answer. f(x)=2 is offcourse a solution had it been the only choice. But f(x) >=2 is the appropriate answer in this case.
well i m starting this one for some horrendous troubles which encounter us once we think about a problem too much at a exam.
first one from myself:
1.Matrix Match type:[more than one options may be correct]
suppose we have a expression f(x)≥2
and options are as (a)≥2 (b)2
so for f(x) are we supposed to choose both (a),(b) or just (a)

yup mee too think so...but book says just a...but conceptually it seems both a and b should be marked

i faced a similar situation in the AITS recently in a funcn. quesn
the answer was real nos. and so all the options which were actually some intervals were given
i did all correct
but the answer given is only R(it can be really frustrating)
