gamma changes in a polytropic process????????????
i think it is constant for a given type of gas.
3 moles of a gaseous mixture havin volume V and temp T r compressed to 1/5th of itz initial volume . d chnge in d adiabatic compressibilty is
d gas obeys d equation pv^(19/13) =constnt
R=8.314
btw wats adiabatic compressibilty
clases walon ko pata
according 2 wat i noe i guess it shud b gamma
i dont think it is in syllabus....see this........http://www.chem.arizona.edu/~salzmanr/480a/480ants/kapsadex/kapsadex.html

arey bt clase mein poocha tha
ab kisiko ata ho toh jarur post kar dena
arrey no need of all these hi fi terms
These are only to show that the coaching wala people know more than some other coaching
That is why i sometimes get pissed off badly with the coaching peeople..
well wait wait wait, are we all missing something very easy?
for an adiabatic process, we know the definiton of bulk modulus B
so we have adiabatic compressibility =\frac{1}{\gamma P}
i think that was it. the name does not let us thin this ........
i guess i am right. please comment..
