\frac{dz}{dt}=2xy dx/dt+x^2dy/dt + 12xy^3dy/dt+3y^4dx/dt
dx/dt=2cos2t
dx/dt|_{t=0}=2
dy/dt= -sint
dy/dt|_{t=0}= 0
x|_{t=0} =0
y|_{t=0} =1
Thus the final answer is 6 :)
